My peppers were just sprouting when some damned kids from the apartment complex knocked my pot over killing my plants. Anybody else had this problem?

Im in the process of trying to grow about 8 grapefruit trees and 2 lemons. My problem is several are looking dried up. A few are comming back to life, but im just like what the heck. if some kid down yander tiped my pot bucket over id be pretty darn mad, no telling what i might do
